Any antibiotic use is completed well before harvest so we can be sure the fish we bring to market are antibiotic-free. Treatment is conducted in compliance with World Health Organization guidelines.14 Though Chilean fish can be treated with antibiotics when sick; the fish is antibiotic-free when it arrives in the U.S. market.
