Mama Bear


  • 4 servings of fresh salmon
  • 1 packet of Fettuccin
  • 1 pack of basil leaves
  • 100 cc of olive oil
  • 50 cc of water
  • 60 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garli
  • 70 grams of walnuts
  • Zest of a lemon
  • Salt


Boil water, add salt and cook the fettuccini for 10 to 12 minutes. Then strain and add a splash of olive oil to stop it sticking. Cover and set aside.

In a processor mix and grind the basil leaves, salt, water, nuts, olive oil and add it to the fettuccini. Stir and set aside.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and spread over the salmon. Add salt and lemon zest.
Cook the salmon in a frying pan or grill over medium heat until golden on each side. Or bake them in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes (cooking time per piece).

Finally serve the portion of salmon next to the fettuccini and sprinkle over grated parmesan cheese.
