  • 4 servings of fresh salmon
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 packet of threaded potatoes or 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cabbage (white and / or purple)
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 100 cc natural yogurt
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt


Marinate the pieces of salmon in soy sauce, honey and a few drops of lemon juice and set aside.

Now make the coleslaw salad:

Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrot. Season with mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Set aside.

Bake or fry the threaded potatoes according to the instructions on the packet. Or cut the potatoes finely and fry or bake until golden brown.

Bake the salmon pieces in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes (cooking time per piece) or, with a tablespoon of oil, seal them in a pan or grill over medium heat.

Finally serve the salmon accompanied by the threaded potatoes and coleslaw salad.
