Mama Bear


  • 1 bucket of mama bear cubes
  • 2 cups of cooked Penne
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Heat the milk and butter and bring to a boil.

Mix the tapioca flour with a little water to make a paste. Remove the milk from the heat and add the tapioca paste. Mix quickly and thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 3/4 of the Parmesan cheese.

Combine the cheese sauce, pasta and cooked and crumbled portions.

Place the mixture in a large baking dish or 4 individual ramekins and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.
