Mama Bear


  • 1 Salmon burger
  • 1 Brioche or hamburger bun
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/3 red onion
  • Salt


With a tablespoon of olive oil, seal the salmon burger on each side in a pan or grill. Or bake it in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes (cooking time per hamburger).

Now prepare the vegetables:

Peel and chop the avocado and tomato and slice the red onion. Finely chop the lettuce and set aside.

Heat the brioche bun in the oven for a few minutes.

To assemble the burger:

Open the bread and moisten the two sides with mayonnaise. Then arrange the burger on the bread and top with the cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado, red onion, and lettuce. Add salt and olive oil. Close the sandwich and enjoy.
