Ingredients

  • 1 bag of salmon cubes
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 200 grams of panko
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of flour
  • Salt

Preparations

First marinate the salmon cubes in lemon juice and salt.

Mix the panko with the grated cheese and put on a flat plate. Spread the flour on another plate and beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Dip the cubes in the flour, then the egg, and finally in the bread mixture.

Cook in a conventional oven or air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
